Todays session was a very long and extreme session. I was surprised I did 11 runs in the vacbag, usually I average about 5-7 runs. There were 11 astonishing runs most averaging about 2 minutes with one run that went an astounding 4 minutes long. The heavy leather jacket was a very unusual sensation in terms of rebreathability, positions were varied and I tried a totally new position sitting up but probably put too much strain on my neck so will change the neck and head position next time.
